This morning, I got up later than I wanted to. I was cranky. I headed out for my 6 mile recovery run with 6x100 strides. The striders always seem to make me feel a bit better. And I am still really feeling my 18 mile hill fest.
The weather is suppose to be hot again this week. I'm switching things around on the plan and am doing 11 miles tomorrow, 6 at tempo. I fear it will be on the treadmill due to the heat.
