This is why the NYC Marathon is not hilly to New Yorkers.

Was this run on all different hills? That may seem like a dumb question, but when I run hills, it's the same hill over and over again. (We have very few.) Anyhow, way to go!

this run was all on the same hill (though I am surrounded by them). It was a team work out so 15 minutes on 3 minutes off x3. Easy, medium, hard, vomit.
